Benfica wonderkid Joao Felix has a new set of admirers – Atletico Madrid.
The world’s most coveted teenager this summer has attracted interest from the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus, while Wolves were linked before the end of last season.
His well known release clause which stands at £105m, must be met; Benfica aren’t interested in doing business this transfer window for any less.
Felix, now a full Portugal international who helped his country win the UEFA Nations League last week, has indicated previously that he’s happy to remain at the Estadio da Luz despite interest from around Europe.
Now, reports in Spain claim that Atleti have stepped up their interest after boss Diego Simeone identified him as his top target this summer.
Say no, Wolves
Helder Costa was arguably Wolverhampton Wanderers’ poorest performing player last season, writes Ben Husband.
Now that may seem a strange way to start an argument to keep the Portuguese winger, but him leaving goes against everything Fosun have done since arriving at Molineux in 2016.
Leeds United have been strongly linked with a move for Costa, who initially arrived at Wolves way back in the summer of 2016.
Little known to most Wolves fans upon his arrival, the ex-Monaco winger wowed every single person that saw him in the old gold.
In what was unquestionably the worst season under this ownership, Costa was astounding.

A look at all the latest big Premier League news
Liverpool believe they are being linked with Nicolas Pepe to drive the player’s price up ahead of one of the biggest moves of the summer.
The Lille frontman is set to be on the move this summer after his 22 goals helped fire Lille to second place in France’s Ligue 1.
But it doesn’t look as though he is heading to Anfield, as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is only looking to make tweaks to his Champions League-winning squad.
Liverpool are to offer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain a 12-month extension to his current deal , and so are not likely to splash out big transfer fees on attacking reinforcements.
The Reds have been linked with Ivory Coast international Pepe, with L’Equipe recently reporting Liverpool had already tabled a £70m bid.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka tells Palace he wants dream move to Man Utd
Manchester United target Aaron Wan-Bissaka has told Crystal Palace he wants to make a dream move to Old Trafford.
Palace want to keep Wan-Bissaka – but are determined to hold out for the best possible price if they are to lose him.
That could mean United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer paying £60million for the right-back.
Palace haven’t yet received a transfer request from Wan-Bissaka.
More Manchester United news – and this time it’s about Romelu Lukaku.
After scoring twice in Belgium’s 3-0 win over Scotland, Lukaku was asked where his future lay.
“I have a contract with Manchester United,” said the striker. “I will speak with the club and my agent, Federico Pastorello, to make the best decision.”
He was then asked if he would like a move to Inter Millan, who have been linked with the Belgian. Lukaku didn’t reply but instead gave a big smile, according to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Francesco Fontana.
“I will speak with the club and my agent, Federico Pastorello, to make the best decision.”

Matthijs de Ligt’s agent Mino Raiola is holding transfer talks today – and an agreement over the Manchester United target is close, according to one source.
But the talks aren’t with United, or with favourites Barcelona , according to latest reports.
